It made our trip to Bilbao an perfectly pleasant experience. Came with our 15 month old baby, everything was perfect. Loved the good restaurant.

The hotel was chic and fairly clean inside, I liked it. Favourable central location adjacent to the Guggenheim, the Guggenheim museum. Again, it had easy access to a modern art museum.

I would pointed out location and staff, that were great and the hotel was top-notch. The room was functional with a view, I loved it.

Savoury, extraordinarybreakfast, the hotel charges usd 33 per person per day. Excellent service, including attentive staff and free Wi-Fi.

Clean, stylish hotel with a nice lobby.

Restful hotel with good food and best possible location adjacent to the Old Town, river and many restaurants and the old town. Early check-in, late check-out, unique room with Guggenheim view and free-standing bath, for example.

It is fairly clean, magnificent hotel, that has very good staff and rooms. The fact that it has a quick check in, that worked great for us. The gastronomic restaurant is top-notch in the venue area.

Loved the hotel, it is relaxing and fairly clean, has ideal location right next to the Guggenheim museum. The continental breakfast was the best part of our pleasant stay.

The staff - some of them were a little rude.

I loved cheerful staff and interesting interior. Upscale location, within walking distance of Puppy. Though the room was cozy and warm it had awful views.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable.

The hotel was good value. We liked the prime location and the staff was chearful. The room was very specious, and surprisingly big too. The plunge pool onsite was great.

Very classy location, superb breakfast, graceful staff and reliable wi-fi. The room was very well decorated with an absolutely breathtaking view. Hotel was close to restaurants and bars. The venue had a fabulous bar and a charming restaurant. Facilities were comfortable, especially the plunge swimming pool. Good price-value balance, attentive service offered😀👍❤

The whole place was exceptionally clean, I loved it, and had good location and drinks. The bedroom was cozy and the bed was very great.

I loved the hotel - unbeatable location and outstanding staff. Having air conditioning, terrace and sound-proofed windows in my pleasantly decorated room was really great. Super breakfast, food was lovely! The property took care of the thoughtful service too. Besides, parking was available nearby.

Neat hotel, there where ideal stuff and location. The property was centrally set in an historic area. Besides, it was walking distance to Puppy. Room had a marble bathroom and electric outlets and buzzer. Cozy bar, pool.

Rooms were luxury and luxury with all facilities, stylish bathroom. The lovely staff made my weekend best.

Attractive and competitive value for money and a delightful experience. Had REASONABLY PRICED slices of fresh bread, coffee, hardboiled eggs, meats and bakery for breakfast, the fee was usd 35 per person per day. Service was brilliant in the classic hotel.

It was relaxing time in Bilbao. Clean and the staff was useful. The rooms were gorgeous and the beds were spacious, I loved it.

We loved the Spanish-style building and our contemporary room. The breakfast was generous - plenty of food. And it also had splendid view. Super location to Museum of Fine Arts of Bilbao. Decent service during our real good stay.

this is a hotel go-to for bilbao! staff was kind and room was always very clean. thoroughly enjoyed their on-site restaurant beltz, it was good.

we truly enjoyed the rooftop terrace with a great view. breakfast was excellent, a good choice of options. furthermore, parking onsite was a bonus. it was worth its 5 stars.

We ate at the rooftop restaurant next to the hotel. Stay there and enjoy your Bilbao city trip...
